OBJECTIVE: To investigate the associations of tea, coffee, and red wine intakes with health risks among individuals with hypertension. METHODS: This prospective cohort study included participants with hypertension from the UK Biobank cohort. Study exposures included self-reported intakes of coffee, tea, and red wine. The primary outcome was all-cause mortality, and the secondary outcomes were cardiovascular mortality and cardiovascular disease. The associations of beverage intake with outcomes were analyzed using Cox regression models. The hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals were estimated. RESULTS: A total of 187 708 participants with hypertension were included. The median follow-up period was 13.8 years. In individuals with hypertension, drinking one to two cups/day of coffee or three to four cups/day of tea was significantly associated with the lowest risk of all-cause mortality compared with less than one cup/day [hazard ratio for coffee, 0.943 (95% confidence interval, 0.908-0.979); hazard ratio for tea, 0.882 (95% confidence interval, 0.841-0.924)]. Red wine intake was inversely associated with all-cause mortality risk. Dose-response analysis revealed that high coffee intake (approximately greater than or equal to six cups/day) was significantly associated with increased risks of cardiovascular mortality and cardiovascular disease, but high tea and red wine intakes were not. Furthermore, replacing plain water with tea, but not coffee, significantly reduced the risks of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular disease. Replacing other alcoholic beverages with red wine also significantly reduced the risks of all three outcomes. CONCLUSIONS: These findings suggest that tea and red wine, but not coffee, can be part of a healthy diet for the hypertensive population.

In recent years, optical pump-probe microscopy (PPM) has become a vital technique for spatiotemporally imaging electronic excitations and charge-carrier transport in metals and semiconductors. However, existing methods are limited by mechanical delay lines with a probe time window up to several nanoseconds (ns) or monochromatic pump and probe sources with restricted spectral coverage and temporal resolution, hindering their amenability in studying relatively slow processes. To bridge these gaps, we introduce a dual-hyperspectral PPM setup with a time window spanning from nanoseconds to milliseconds and single-nanosecond resolution. Our method features a wide-field probe tunable from 370 to 1000 nm and a pump spanning from 330 nm to 16 µm. We apply this PPM technique to study various two-dimensional metal-halide perovskites (2D-MHPs) as representative semiconductors by imaging their transient responses near the exciton resonances under both above-band gap electronic pump excitation and below-band gap vibrational pump excitation. The resulting spatially and temporally resolved images reveal insights into heat dissipation, film uniformity, distribution of impurity phases, and film-substrate interfaces. In addition, the single-nanosecond temporal resolution enables the imaging of in-plane strain wave propagation in 2D-MHP single crystals. Our method, which offers extensive spectral tunability and significantly improved time resolution, opens new possibilities for the imaging of charge carriers, heat, and transient phase transformation processes, particularly in materials with spatially varying composition, strain, crystalline structure, and interfaces.

Photoinduced interfacial charge transfer plays a critical role in energy conversion involving van der Waals (vdW) heterostructures constructed of inorganic nanostructures and organic materials. However, the effect of molecular stacking configurations on charge transfer dynamics is less understood. In this study, we demonstrated the tunability of interfacial charge separation in a type-II heterojunction between monolayer (ML) WS2 and an organic semiconducting molecule [2-(3″',4'-dimethyl-[2,2':5',2':5″,2″'-quaterthiophen]-5-yl)ethan-1-ammonium halide (4Tm)] by rational design of relative stacking configurations. The assembly between ML-WS2 and the 4Tm molecule forms a face-to-face stacking when 4Tm molecules are in a self-aggregation state. In contrast, a face-to-edge stacking is observed when 4Tm molecule is incorporated into a 2D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite lattice. The face-to-face stacking was proved to be more favorable for hole transfer from WS2 to 4Tm and led to interlayer excitons (IEs) emission. Transient absorption measurements show that the hole transfer occurs on a time scale of 150 fs. On the other hand, the face-to-edge stacking resulted in much slower hole transfer without formation of IEs. This inefficient hole transfer occurs on a similar time scale as A exciton recombination in WS2, leading to the formation of negative trions. These investigations offer important fundamental insights into the charge transfer processes at organic-inorganic interfaces.

Cow milk is an important source of food protein for children; however, it could lead to allergy, especially for infants. α-Lactalbumin (α-LA) and ß-lactoglobulin (ß-LG) from whey protein make up a relatively high proportion of milk proteins and have received widespread attention as major allergens in milk. However, few studies have identified the epitopes of both proteins simultaneously. In this study, ImmunoCAP and indirect ELISA were first used for detection of sIgE to screen sera from allergic patients with high binding capacity for α-LA and ß-LG. Subsequently, the mimotopes was biopanned by phage display technology and bioinformatics and 17 mimic peptide sequences were obtained. Aligned with the sequences of α-LA or ß-LG, we identified one linear epitope on α-LA at AA 11-26 and 5 linear epitopes on ß-LG at AA 9-29, AA 45-57, AA 77-80, AA 98-101, and AA 121-135, respectively. Meanwhile, the 8 conformational epitopes and their distributions of α-LA and ß-LG were located using the Pepitope Server. Finally, glutamine and lysine were determined as common AA residues for the conformational epitopes both on α-LA and ß-LG. Moreover, we found the addition of mouse anti-human IgE during the biopanning process did not significantly affect the identification of the epitopes.

Epitaxial heterostructures of two-dimensional (2D) halide perovskites offer a new platform for studying intriguing structural, optical, and electronic properties. However, difficulties with the stability of Pb- and Sn-based heterostructures have repeatedly slowed the progress. Recently, Pb-free halide double perovskites are gaining a lot of attention due to their superior stability and greater chemical diversity, but they have not been successfully incorporated into epitaxial heterostructures for further investigation. Here, we report epitaxial core-shell heterostructures via growing Pb-free double perovskites (involving combinations of Ag(I)-Bi(III), Ag-Sb, Ag-In, Na-Bi, Na-Sb, and Na-In) around Pb perovskite 2D crystals. Distinct from Pb-Pb and Pb-Sn perovskite heterostructures, growths of the Pb-free shell at 45° on the (100) surface of the lead perovskite core are observed in all Pb-free cases. The in-depth structural analysis carried out with electron diffraction unequivocally demonstrates the growth of the Pb-free shell along the [110] direction of the Pb perovskite, which is likely due to the relatively lower surface energy of the (110) surface. Furthermore, an investigation of anionic interdiffusion across heterostructure interfaces under the influence of heat was carried out. Interestingly, halide anion diffusion in the Pb-free 2D perovskites is found to be significantly suppressed as compared to Pb-based 2D perovskites. The great structural tunability and excellent stability of Pb-free perovskite heterostructures may find uses in electronic and optoelectronic devices in the near future.

Methane pyrolysis (MP) is a potential technology for CO2-free hydrogen production that generates only solid carbon by-products. However, developing a highly efficient catalyst for stable methane pyrolysis at a moderate temperature has been challenging. We present a new and highly efficient catalyst created by modifying a Ni-Bi liquid alloy with the addition of Mo to produce a ternary NiMo-Bi liquid alloy catalyst (LAC). This catalyst exhibited a considerably low activation energy of 81.2 kilojoules per mole, which enabled MP at temperatures between 450 and 800 Celsius and a hydrogen generation efficiency of 4.05 ml per gram of nickel per minute. At 800 Celsius, the catalyst exhibited 100% H2 selectivity and 120 hours of stability.

The transport of fluid and ions across nanotubes or nanochannels has attracted great attention due to the ultrahigh energy power density and slip length, with applications in water purification, desalination, energy conversion and even ion-based neuromorphic computing. Investigation on individual nanotube or nanochannel is essential in revealing the fundamental mechanism as well as demonstrating the property unambiguously. Surprisingly, while carbon nanotube is the pioneering and one of the most attractive systems for nanofluidics, study on its response and performance under osmotic forcing is lacking. Here, we measure the osmotic energy conversion for individual double-walled carbon nanotube with an inner radius of 2.3 nm. By fabricating a nanofluidic device using photolithography, we find a giant power density (up to 22.5 kW/m2) for the transport of KCl, NaCl, and LiCl solutions across the tube. Further experiments show that such an extraordinary performance originates from the ultrahigh slip lengths (up to a few micrometers). Our results suggest that carbon nanotube is a good candidate for not only ultrafast transport, but also osmotic power harvesting under salinity gradients.

Nuclear factor (NF)-κB plays a pivotal role in the regulation of inflammatory response in macrophages. Berberine (BBR), which is an active constituent isolated from Coptis rhizome, possesses a prominent anti-inflammatory activity. Here we show that BBR changes the global acetylation landscape in LPS-induced protein acetylation of macrophages and reduces the acetylation of NF-κB subunit p65 at site Lys310(p65Lys310), leading to the inhibition of NF-κB translocation and transcriptional activity to suppress the expressions of inflammatory factors. BBR resists the inflammatory response in acute LPS-stimulated mice through downregulation of p65Lys310 acetylation in peritoneal macrophages. In obese mice, BBR alleviates the metabolic disorder and inflammation with the reduced acetylation of p65Lys310 in white adipose tissue. Furthermore, we demonstrate that BBR acts as a regulator of p65Lys310 by inhibiting the expression of p300 in macrophages. Our findings elucidate a new molecular mechanism for the anti-inflammatory effect of BBR via the p300/p65Lys310 axis.

The genetic aetiology of a major fraction of patients with intellectual disability (ID) remains unknown. De novo mutations (DNMs) in protein-coding genes explain up to 40% of cases, but the potential role of regulatory DNMs is still poorly understood. We sequenced 63 whole genomes from 21 ID probands and their unaffected parents. In addition, we analysed 30 previously sequenced genomes from exome-negative ID probands. We found that regulatory DNMs were selectively enriched in fetal brain-specific enhancers as compared with adult brain enhancers. DNM-containing enhancers were associated with genes that show preferential expression in the prefrontal cortex. Furthermore, we identified recurrently mutated enhancer clusters that regulate genes involved in nervous system development (CSMD1, OLFM1, and POU3F3). Most of the DNMs from ID probands showed allele-specific enhancer activity when tested using luciferase assay. Using CRISPR-mediated mutation and editing of epigenomic marks, we show that DNMs at regulatory elements affect the expression of putative target genes. Our results, therefore, provide new evidence to indicate that DNMs in fetal brain-specific enhancers play an essential role in the aetiology of ID.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma are chronic inflammatory diseases of the airways. Galectin-13 has recently been forwarded as a biomarker for airway eosinophilic inflammation in asthma. However, the association between galectin-13 and COPD remains unknown. To examine the changes in galectin-13 expression in acute exacerbations of COPD (AECOPD) and the stable phase of COPD and unveil the association between galectin-13 expression and eosinophilic inflammation in COPD, we measured plasma galectin-13 expression in different phases of COPD patients (n = 60, 44 AECOPD patients, and 16 stable COPD patients) and healthy controls (n = 15). Plasma levels of galectin-13 in 60 COPD patients were further analyzed and compared to systemic inflammation, airway eosinophilic inflammation, and lung function. The plasma galectin-13 level was markedly increased in subjects with AECOPD compared to stable COPD patients and healthy controls. Plasma galectin-13 levels in COPD subjects were positively correlated with serum CRP (rs = 0.46, p = 0.0003), peripheral blood eosinophilia count (rs = 0.57, p<0.0001), and FeNO (rs = 0.46, p = 0.0002). In addition, the level of galectin-13 was negatively correlated with FEV1 (rs = -0.43, p = 0.0001), FEV1 pred (%) (rs = -0.544, p<0.0001), as well as FEV1/FVC (rs = -0.46, p<0.0001). Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that plasma galectin-13 levels were affected by FEV1 pred (%), peripheral blood eosinophilia count, and FeNO. We concluded that galectin-13 levels were increased in COPD patients, and elevated galectin-13 expressions related to airway eosinophilic inflammation. Galectin-13 may facilitate the identification of COPD endotypes and may become a potential therapeutic target.

Solid catalyst is widely recognized as an effective strategy to control the chirality of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). However, it is still not compatible with high density in horizontal arrays. "Trojan" catalysts strategy is one of the most effective methods to realize SWNTs with high density and has great potential in chirality control. Here, the co-realization of high density and chirality controlling for SWNTs in a low-temperature growth process is reported based on the developed solid "Trojan" catalyst. High temperature "Trojan" catalyst formation process provides sufficient catalyst number to acquire high density. These liquid "Trojan" catalysts are cooled to solid state by adopting low growth temperature (540 °C), which can be good template to realize the chirality controlling of SWNTs with exposing six-fold symmetry face, (111). Finally, (9, 6) and (13, 1) SWNTs enriched horizontal array with the purity of ≈90% and density of 4 tubes µm-1 is realized. The comparison between the distribution of initial catalysts and the density of as-grown tubes indicates no sacrificing on catalysts number to improve chirality selectivity. This work opens a new avenue on the catalyst's design and chirality controlling in SWNTs growth.

OBJECTIVES: This study aimed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of shear wave elastography (SWE) with that of shear wave dispersion (SWD) in evaluation of hepatic parenchyma in patients with liver tumors before resection. METHODS: A total of 174 patients with liver tumors were prospectively enrolled. SWE and SWD examinations were performed. Fibrosis stage and necroinflammatory activity were determined histopathologically according to the Scheuer standard. We compared the diagnostic accuracy of SWE and SWD. RESULTS: Both SWE and SWD values of the liver were highly correlated with liver fibrosis stage (P < .05, respectively). Both SWE and SWD values of the liver were moderately correlated with necroinflammatory activity (P < .05, respectively). Both SWE and SWD values of the liver were not correlated with steatosis (P > .05, respectively). Both SWE and SWD values were significantly different among the patients with different stages of liver fibrosis (P < .001, respectively). The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of SWE value was 0.982, 0.977, 0.969, and 0.984 for predicting S ≥ 1, S ≥ 2, S ≥ 3, and S = 4, respectively. The optimal cutoff SWE values were 6.9, 7.9, 8.7, and 10.6 kPa for S ≥ 1, S ≥ 2, S ≥ 3, and S = 4, respectively. The area under the ROC curve of SWD value was 0.967, 0.960, 0.925, and 0.954 for predicting S ≥ 1, S ≥ 2, S ≥ 3, and S = 4, respectively. The optimal cutoff SWD values were 11.2, 12.0, 13.2, and 16.0 m/s/kHz for S ≥ 1, S ≥ 2, S ≥ 3, and S = 4, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: SWE and SWD could be noninvasive and accurate for predicting the stage of liver fibrosis in patients with liver tumors before surgery. SWE was more accurate than SWD in predicting severe fibrosis (S ≥ 3) and cirrhosis (S = 4).

Acquiring metal-free horizontal single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) arrays is of paramount importance for the development of stable nanodevices. However, the majority of SWNTs are prepared with transition metal-based catalysts, which will inevitably leave metallic residuals and deteriorate the device performance. Here, green and low-cost NaCl is developed as a metal-free catalyst. By employing a strategy of rapid nucleation at a higher temperature followed by steady growth at a lower temperature, the production of a well-defined NaCl catalyst capable of growing metal-free horizontal SWNT arrays with an average density of ∼100 tubes per 100 µm is realized. Besides, we prove that the as-grown metal-free SWNT arrays have a unique advantage in preparing stable devices for eliminating the potential risk of local mass catalyst residuals. Hence, the current study can offer a feasible solution to promote practical applications of SWNT-based next-generation nanodevices.

Extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) is a double-stranded DNA molecule found in various organisms, including humans. In the past few decades, the research on eccDNA has mainly focused on cancers and their associated diseases. Advancements in modern omics technologies have reinvigorated research on eccDNA and shed light on the role of these molecules in a range of diseases and normal cell phenotypes. In this review, we first summarize the formation of eccDNA and its modes of action in eukaryotic cells. We then outline eccDNA as a disease biomarker and reveal its regulatory mechanism. We finally discuss the future prospects of eccDNA, including basic research and clinical application. Thus, with the deepening of understanding and exploration of eccDNAs, they hold great promise in future biomedical research and clinical translational application.

Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT)-based devices are expected to play an important role in the next generation of electronic integrated circuits. As an important structural unit for SWNT-based electronics, the Schottky junction has a series of functions such as rectification, photoelectric detection, switching, etc. Here, we demonstrate a well-controlled localized radical reaction method to prepare an intramolecular SWNT Schottky junction with a closed edge. This junction exhibits strong gate-dependent rectifying behavior and a high rectification ratio of 962. Furthermore, the semiconducting part on the junction side could be effectively tuned from p-type doping to n-type doping, resulting in reversible rectifying behavior. Our work paves a new avenue for the design and synthesis of an SWNT Schottky junction, which is very important to future applications for carbon-based nanoelectronic devices.

(1) Background: The prevalence of allergic rhinitis (AR) and asthma has increased rapidly in China. However, perceptions of respiratory allergies and barriers to their management have not attracted enough attention. (2) Objective: To investigate the prevalence of, parents' perceptions of and their unmet needs for information concerning respiratory allergies in a 3- to 16-year-old children population. (3) Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted from June to July 2021 in three schools in Wuhan, China. A total of 1963 participants were recruited through cluster sampling for their parents to complete an online questionnaire regarding respiratory allergic symptoms. The diagnosis of respiratory allergies was based on self-reported symptoms and face-to-face physician evaluation. All the participants with respiratory allergies were asked to complete the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (B-IPQ), the Asthma Knowledge Questionnaire (AKQ) and a questionnaire regarding their unmet needs for disease management. (4) Results: The prevalence of respiratory allergies was 29.3% (576/1963) in the 3- to 16-year-old population, among whom AR accounted for 25.7%; asthma, 1.8% and AR-complicated asthma (AR&Asthma), 1.9%. The total B-IPQ score was 40.2 ± 10.9 in the participants with respiratory allergies, and there were no differences among the AR, asthma and AR&Asthma groups (all p > 0.05). The B-IPQ score correlated significantly with symptom onset time and a history of atopic dermatitis (p < 0.01). Nearly one fifth, 18.9%, of the participants with respiratory allergies never went to hospital for treatment, but those with higher B-IPQ scores were more likely to seek professional treatment (p < 0.001). The accuracy rates of AKQ were 72.5% in the participants with asthma and 76.7% in those without asthma (p = 0.147). Among the 576 participants with respiratory allergies, 568 (98.6%) had tried to obtain disease-management information from online platforms, and 55.5% (315/568) were dissatisfied with current platforms; the reasons included incomprehensive contents of illness (45.7%), lack of voice from leading experts (40.3%), too many advertisements (37.5%) and similar contents on different platforms (36.8%). (5) Conclusions: The prevalence of respiratory allergies is high in the 3- to 16-years old population in Wuhan, China. Yet the parents' perceptions of respiratory allergies and knowledge of asthma are insufficient. It is crucial to increase parents' awareness of the illness and facilitate their access to truly informative and professional platforms.

PURPOSE: This prospective study aimed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of shear wave elastography (SWE) with that of shear wave dispersion (SWD) in evaluation of hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma before resection. METHOD: A total of 210 consecutive patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who were scheduled to undergo hepatectomy were prospectively enrolled, pre-operative SWE and SWD examinations were performed. Fibrosis staging and necroinflammatory activity were determined histopathologically according to the Scheuer standard. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to identify factors associated with SWE and SWD values. The performance of SWE and SWD were determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis. RESULTS: Both SWE and SWD values of liver were highly correlated with liver fibrosis stage and necroinflammatory activity (p < 0.05). Both SWE and SWD values were significantly different among the patients with different stages of liver fibrosis (p < 0.001). ROC analysis revealed that SWE that predicted substantial fibrosis (S ≥ 2), severe fibrosis (S ≥ 3) and cirrhosis (S = 4) were 0.895, 0.877 and 0.854, the SWD that predicted substantial fibrosis (S ≥ 2), severe fibrosis (S ≥ 3) and cirrhosis (S = 4) were 0.857, 0.815 and 0.791. SWE had better diagnostic performance than SWD in predicting severe fibrosis (S ≥ 3) and cirrhosis (S = 4). CONCLUSIONS: Both SWE and SWD are useful, accurate and non-invasive methods for evaluating hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma adapted to hepatectomy, SWE is a more accurate imaging modality than SWD in predicting severe fibrosis (S ≥ 3) and cirrhosis (S = 4).

Background: Ginsenoside Rb1 (GRb1) is capable of regulating lipid and glucose metabolism through its action on adipocytes. However, the beneficial role of GRb1-induced up-regulation of adiponectin in liver steatosis remains unelucidated. Thus, we tested whether GRb1 ameliorates liver steatosis and insulin resistance by promoting the expression of adiponectin. Methods: 3T3-L1 adipocytes and hepatocytes were used to investigate GRb1's action on adiponectin expression and triglyceride (TG) accumulation. Wild type (WT) mice and adiponectin knockout (KO) mice fed high fat diet were treated with GRb1 for 2 weeks. Hepatic fat accumulation and function as well as insulin sensitivity was measured. The activation of AMPK was also detected in the liver and hepatocytes. Results: GRb1 reversed the reduction of adiponectin secretion in adipocytes. The conditioned medium (CM) from adipocytes treated with GRb1 reduced TG accumulation in hepatocytes, which was partly attenuated by the adiponectin antibody. In the KO mice, the GRb1-induced significant decrease of TG content, ALT and AST was blocked by the deletion of adiponectin. The elevations of GRb1-induced insulin sensitivity indicated by OGTT, ITT and HOMA-IR were also weakened in the KO mice. The CM treatment significantly enhanced the phosphorylation of AMPK in hepatocytes, but not GRb1 treatment. Likewise, the phosphorylation of AMPK in liver of the WT mice was increased by GRb1, but not in the KO mice. Conclusions: The up-regulation of adiponectin by GRb1 contributes to the amelioration of liver steatosis and insulin resistance, which further elucidates a new mechanism underlying the beneficial effects of GRb1 on obesity.

To investigate the changes in bone mineral density, bone metabolism, and efficacy of nutritional intervention combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets in patients with osteoporosis, a RevMan 5.2 software meta-analysis was conducted in this study. According to the therapeutic direction of nutritional intervention combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets for osteoporosis patients, relevant literature were searched in Wanfang Medical, CNKI, VIP, and PubMed literature databases at home and abroad. Keywords included bone mineral density, bone metabolism, blood calcium (Ca), blood phosphorus (P), osteocalcin (OC), bone mineral density (BMD), serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), efficacy, osteoporosis, and nutritional intervention. Literature that met the criteria were deleted, and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software. The results indicate that a total of 10 Chinese literature were included. Compared with the monotherapy group, the clinical efficacy, osteocalcin, BMD, alkaline phosphatase, calcium, and phosphorus were significantly higher in the combination group (P < 0.05). Based on calcium carbonate D3, treatment combined with nutritional intervention can enhance the clinical efficacy, bone metabolism, and bone mineral density of patients with osteoporosis, and nutritional intervention combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets is a feasible program to promote the recovery of patients with osteoporosis.

Background and purpose: Intracranial arterial stenosis (ICAS) is a common cause of cerebrovascular disease. Studies have shown that the disease may be associated with elevated serum uric acid. However, the results remain inexact and controversial. To provide theoretical support for clinical practice, we assessed the relationship between uric acid and ICAS based on previous literature. Materials and Methods: A total of 1,011 samples were included in the secondary cross-sectional study we investigated. We evaluated the relationship between uric acid level and ICAS using multivariable logistic regression analysis. Results: The mean age of patients was 64.16 ± 9.13 years, and 35.51% (n = 359) were male in the study. One hundred and one (10%) of the included participants had ICAS. In the unadjusted model, uric acid level was positively associated with ICAS [odds ratio (OR) = 1.23, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.07-1.42, p < 0.01]. After adjusting for potential confounders (sex, age, diabetes mellitus, coronary artery occlusive disease, hyperlipidemia, statin medication, hypertension, and fasting glucose), a positive relationship was observed between uric acid and ICAS (OR = 1.26, 95% CI: 1.08-1.47, p < 0.05). Conclusion: There was a positive relationship between uric acid levels and ICAS in neurologically healthy Korean participants.
